Cheerleaders from Michigan State University and the University of Alabama flew more than 200 feet above the massive cornhole game board to toss beanbags out of Goodyear’s newest blimp, Wingfoot One. The students competed for bragging rights in the larger-than-life game of cornhole as their teams prepared to face off in the College Football Playoff Semifinal in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. Online retailer Everlane is letting customers name their own prices in an effort to "move overstock." Consumers must create an account with Everlane, and then browse through a selection of products with three available price options. If consumers choose the least expensive option, the money covers only the cost of production and shipping, with nothing left to contribute to overhead for the brand's 70-person staff. If the middle option is chosen, consumers could help cover a small amount of the overhead costs. If the priciest of the three sale options is chosen, it covers those costs and the extra money allows the company to "invest in growth."
