To celebrate the stories and styles of denim lovers, the brand has launched its “Live in Levi's Project,” blending storytelling with social media. The “Live in Levi’s Project” launched with a film showcasing the experiences of real people – musicians, tattoo artists, barbers, street performers and others – living, working and playing in Levi’s. Small Town America Gets Showered With Oreo Cookies

To celebrate the new Oreo mini flavors, Oreo is delivering a tiny parcel of mini Oreos to every household in 50 of America’s smallest towns, including Rabbit Hash Kentucky (population: 315) and Vantage, Washington (population: 70). In a mini press release the size of a business card, Senior Director of Oreo Mondelez International, Janda Lunkin, explained that the brand believes it’s the little things that make life special, from little gestures to little places. The delivery comes from fictional store “Mel’s Mini Mini Mart” which is the tiniest mini mart there ever was.

Pinterest Adds Messaging to Enable Conversations

Pinterest has added a ton of new features over the last year and the social platform recently announced the latest addition to the site: the ability to have private, Pin-based conversations. While users can always comment on a Pin and even send Pins to friends, this new feature enables users to respond using a chat feature. Not only will this feature allow messages to be sent to individuals, it is also designed for group messaging, so more than two people can become part of the discussion.

General Mills Canada has launched web-based campaign for Peanut Butter Cheerios, anchored by a series of ads portraying dads in a positive light. The #HowToDad campaign recognizes Peanut Butter Cheerios as the “Official Cereal of Dadhood” and highlights that fatherly responsibilities are continuing to grow and make an impact in targeting product sales directly to dads rather than just moms.

Cinnabon is coming out with something that could be even more delicious (if that’s possible). This September, Cinnabon will be testing out Bon Bake Shop by Cinnabon, where big flavor comes in bite-sized rolls. Frosting flavors will include S’mores, Maple Bacon, Wild Berries & Cream, Birthday Cake and more! The Bon Bake Shop will also have Whoopie Pies (red velvet cakes filled with its cream cheese frosting) and savory items such as cheese rolls and twists.

'Pork torque'! Hormel Makes Motorcycle That Runs on Bacon Grease

The bacon trend seems to be larger than ever right now and the bacon brand Hormel Black Label is taking advantage of the limelight with its newest idea. Hormel teamed up with BBDO Minneapolis to fuel a motorcycle with bacon grease on a road trip from Minneapolis to San Diego. The bacon-fueled ride will end at the International Bacon Film Festival and consumers can be a part of the trip by following #drivebybacon.
