In response to Doritos request for filmmakers to produce and submit video ads for the brand’s Super Bowl spot this year, Newcastle created a video highlighting its own product. The spoof has been entered in the Doritos ad contest and online. With extra “behind the scenes” footage, Newcastle’s “Chores” ad effectively goes toe-to-toe with this year’s major Super Bowl advertisers, on half the budget.
