Reeve Foundation
Since 2012, Coyne PR has helped the Reeve Foundation build relevance within a crowded health care media landscape, and raise millions of dollars in the process. Coyne set a new standard for publicizing medical breakthroughs when it launched groundbreaking research in spinal cord injury – epidural stimulation – as the Reeve Foundation’s “Big Idea” movement. We developed an integrated, year-long campaign to break news of the research, connect with new audiences and fund further studies. We work to elevate the thought leadership profiles of Reeve Foundation staff and ambassadors including Eric LeGrand, the former Rutgers football star who was paralyzed from the neck down during a 2010 football game – through bylined articles, op-eds and media relations focusing on both advocacy and quality of life issues.
