As the parent company to many successful clothing brands, VF Corporation wanted to ensure that its more than 15,000 employees were able to leverage the knowledge, insights and expertise of its strong network.

With the need for a new intranet hub to promote cross-collaboration, Coyne built up anticipation among employees through a series of communications including emails, intranet teaser ads and a special-delivery video to walk each employee through the functions of the new site. To celebrate the launch, Coyne coordinated in-office ‘takeover’ events, which led to record-breaking intranet usage in its first month.

As employees logged in for the first time, they were greeted with a fun, interactive video that not only gave them a tour of the new intranet site, but featured VF’s marketing director in an outfit representing each brand under the VF Corporation umbrella.
